About US:
Aitenga Women Empowerment Organisation is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in Uganda that focuses on empowering women, particularly single mothers, through economic empowerment. The organisation was established as a charity arm of a Taiwanese team, with the goal of creating sustainable job opportunities, fostering, self-reliance, and developing entrepreneurial skills among women.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships.
- Maintain CRM Records and Database.
- Manage external communication and Outreach.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely support and services with stakeholders.
- Support Internal Team & HR Functions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer/client/community engagement, stakeholder management, or HR-related roles.
- NGO experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships, organize records, and follow up on tasks in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Experience using CRM systems or HR software is an added advantage.
