Job Summary: The Commercial C Industry Sales Territory Manager is responsible for managing the Commercial C Reseller clientele base and create relationship to increase product volumes by increasing sales in all regions of Uganda. Acting as relationship manager between the company and the B2B customers and provide customer service for B2C customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and commercial segments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of industrial and commercial accounts.
- Track sales performance and optimize territory operations.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- BA in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and marketing.
Specific Skills
- Experience and Knowledge in B2B sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and has a valid driving license.
