Job Title: INOC Engineer

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
About the Company:
Roke Telkom is a Uganda-based telecommunications company that has been fully licensed since 2006 by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) as a Public Service Provider (capacity Resale, Voice & Data) and Public Infrastructure Provider.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software a. system management tools
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum certification requirement: CCNA or JNCIA-Junos.
- Strong networking knowledge, with proficiency in Juniper, Cisco, and MikroTik technologies.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an ISP environment, with a proven track record of responsibility.
- Customer service and end-user support experience, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
