Utopia Agro Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic & results-oriented Sourcing

Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain activities.

The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality grains and raw materials to meet production demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Monitor market trends to secure cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs & optimize inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (3+ years preferred).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in the agricultural or commodities sector is an advantage.
