Job Summary: Utopia Agro Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic & results-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain activities. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality grains and raw materials to meet production demands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends to secure cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs & optimize inventory.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (3+ years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in the agricultural or commodities sector is an advantage.
