We are seeking innovative, committed individuals who can work under minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales goals, strategies, and performance.
- Assign sales quotas and territories to the team based on market analysis.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a high-performance culture and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability.
Training & Development
- Organize training sessions for sales representatives on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Keep the team updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the team
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Degree in any business related discipline or humanities is a must.
- Additional post graduate training in marketing, sales or customer relations is required.
- Applicants who hold partial or full professional marketing qualifications i.e CIM will have an added advantage.
- At Least three years of related work experience.
