Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the air cargo market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the air freight or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of air cargo operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
