Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B trade marketing plans to attract new businesses.
- Identify target industries and create tailored solutions.
- Ensure brand visibility and positioning in the HR staffing market.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and industry associations.
- Manage trade marketing budgets for B2B lead generation, digital campaigns, and business networking.
- Track the effectiveness of trade promotions, referral programs, and industry partnerships.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Candidates MUST possess a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a busy sales environment.
- Valid National ID
- Must be aged 22-35
