Security Systems Installer and Network Technician Black Knight Africa

Black Knight Africa is an IT and security systems company dedicated to providing top-notch security solutions.

We specialize in CCTV cameras, Access Control Systems, Intruder Alarm Systems, car trackers, internet networks, and more.

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team and handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our security and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, Access Control Systems, Intruder Alarm Systems, and car trackers.
• Carry pout site surveys for clients who need our services
• Set up and maintain internet networks and Wi-Fi access points for clients.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs for all security and networking equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for installations and service calls.
• Collaborate with the team to design effective security solutions for various projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, and networking equipment.
• Strong understanding of network configurations, cabling, and IP systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based near Ntinda, Kampala or willing to relocate.
• A certificate or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driving permit is an added advantage.
