A successful candidate will have the following:
FH Association is seeking for an experienced Learning and Knowledge Management officerwho will enhance knowledge management across various projects at Food for the Hungry, improving implementation strategy, decision-making, and information flow. The role focuses on intentional learning from multiple sources, including project data, evaluation reports, contextual analysis, community feedback, research studies, and pilots, using these learnings to adapt programs effectively
Experience
- The Learning and Knowledge Management Officer should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a role with significant learning, knowledge management and/or data analysis, interpretation and reporting responsibilities in the humanitarian and development programs setting.
Education/Qualifications
A bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information and Communication Technology, Monitoring and Evaluation studies, Statistics, Social Sciences or related field. Post graduate diploma in M&E, Statistics, IT or in a related field.

- Excellent (written/oral) communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-orientation and ability to effectively communicate with various audiences

- Proven ability to critically analyse diverse information and make sound inferences
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with web-based systems such as Google Drive. Experience with ODK and/or PowerBI a plus
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to accountability and transparency with beneficiaries, showing dignity and respect, and demonstrating listening and understanding.
- Knowledge of statistical computer packages e.g. SPSS, EPI-INFO etc.
