Roles
1.Welcoming and Check in customer.
2.Entering customer details in log Book.
3.Handling Phone for Booking and Answering Query, Followup with customer in Advance Booking like time of arrival etc.
3.Associate with Housekeeping team to make sure about Room cleaning and before customer checking room should be organized with every customer essential needs.
4.Reports Supervisor/Manager about everyday booking and Required items in advance.
5.Working shift will be 50/50 Day/Night rotation .
