QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a certificate in Hotel & Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years experience in cookery in a luxurious Hotel or Instutional catering business.
Waitrons
QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2 years experience in cookery in a luxurious Hotel or Instutional catering business.
Stores Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a Diploma in Stores Management or related course.
- Bachelor’s degree in Stores
- Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
- Two (2) years experience in a medical setting.
