Steel Fabrication Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Inspection: Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
  2. Welding Inspection: Inspect welding operations to ensure that all welds meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
  3. Cutting/Drilling Inspection: Inspect cutting and drilling operations to ensure that all components are accurately cut and drilled.
  4. Surface Preparation Inspection: Inspect surface preparation operations to ensure that all surfaces are properly cleaned, blasted, and primed.
  5. Painting Inspection: Inspect painting operations to ensure that all components are properly painted and coated.
  6. Marking and Packaging Inspection: Inspect marking and packaging operations to ensure that all components are properly marked and packaged
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and certification documents.
  8. Corrective Action: Identify and implement corrective actions to address any quality control issues or defects.
  9. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
