PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Scope: Responsible for overseeing all procurement processes within the business by ensuing timely procurement, delivery of high-quality products and proper processing of assigned orders. The role involves strategic planning, supplier management, contract negotiation and collaboration with all teams to support operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Logistic/Supply chain Management
6 + years’ experience in a similar Procurement role.
Master’s degree or a relevant professional certification like CIPS
SENIOR VALUER
Scope: To oversee a team of valuers while ensuring to provide accurate and reliable property valuations to support property transactions, investment decisions and financial assessments; ensuring compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics or Land Management & Valuation
At least 6 + years’ work experience in a similar role.
A professional member of The Institution of surveyors of Uganda (MISU/RSU) or an MRICS registered
VALUER
Scope: To assess the value of various assets and provide accurate valuations to support property transactions, investment decisions and financial assessments.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics or Land Management & Valuation
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
SALES & LETTINGS AGENT
Scope: Responsible for Marketing, leasing and sales for Residential & Commercial properties on the company’s profile.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in real estate related subjects and Marketing: Land Economics, Architecture, Urban Planning, Sales, and Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
DRIVER
Scope: Ensure safe transportation of staff and company documents in a timely manner to and from company destinations.
Qualification & Experience:
‘O’ Level Certificate.
3 years experience in driving.
Relevant driving certifications,
ESTATES MANAGER
Scope: Responsible to deputize the Property manager in acting as the onsite representative by overseeing maintenance works, supervising contractors, maintaining the corporate accountability and coordinating all property activities.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Technical/Building/Engineering field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
DEBTORS & CREDITORS CLERK
Scope: To ensure that all income is earned, billed and collected in a timely manner
Qualification & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant role.
HANDYMAN
Scope: To perform highly skilled maintenance, installation, repairs & troubleshooting work whilst ensuring that all electrical and plumbing system equipment are properly maintained
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance diagnosis and works.
MARKETING OFFICER
Scope: Support the development of the marketing function and create visibility for retail clients by carrying out effective marketing plans.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
