About Organisation:

Luba properties was registered and incorporated in 2017 with the vision of providing accessible and affordable land and real estate services to people looking to acquire land in Uganda. We have land on most major roads in Uganda.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers professionally to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Assist clients through the land purchase and title acquisition process.
  • Promote Luba Properties’ services to potential clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle payment collection and follow up on outstanding balances when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
