Job Summary:   To provide support on talent related matters within Farm Operations and Grains Handling functions ensuring smooth running of HR related activities, in compliance with the company policies and employment laws to promote best workplace practices.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Workforce planning with support from functional directors and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the right candidates with right skills and competence are recruited as per the needs of the company
  • To analyze data and report to ensure right information is captured on reporting sheets to aid in data driven decision making.
  • To Support in employee lifecycle management including onboarding, employee welfare, performance management, off boarding.
  • To coordinate all the Sexual Harassment prevention activities as the vocal point as well as Grievance mechanism lead contact person ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • To work as a vocal point for disciplinary related issues, record complaints, be part of employee disciplinary meetings, and investigations to ensure compliance with the labour laws.
  • To coordinate employee relations and engagements activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • To coordinate with the Head of HR & Admin in the implementation of learning & development programs.
  • To support in rolling out, training and reinforcing adherence to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the labour Laws.
  • To lead in contract renewals and extensions to improve employee satisfaction and create a sense of belonging and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Any other duties from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR functions Proficiency in spoken and written English

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Work & Social Administration or any other related field.
  • 3 -4 Years’ experience in a similar role with not less than 1 year in Manufacturing or Agriculture
  • Experience in HRIMS and Talent Management systems is Key
