Job Summary: An experienced and strategic National Sales Co-ordinator to lead their sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with dealers, media, and communities, as well as developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for joint market visit with sales teams on market visits to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
- Identify and address dealer concerns, providing timely solutions.
- Responsible for PR management with media, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Representing the brand in TV, media, and other public engagements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
Additional Requirements
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with dealers, media, and communities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Working in the manufacturing sector is a plus
