Position Overview
We are looking for 30 Sales Team Leaders to join our team. The Sales Team Leaders will be responsible for growing the branch portfolio across all products while ensuring high portfolio quality and motivating their teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team portfolio quality targets.
- Recruit and lead sales agents/loan officers in line with targets.
- Implement staff retention strategies to maintain a motivated team.
- Provide regular training and support to sales agents on all processes.
- Supervise sales agents to ensure monthly sales and portfolio quality targets are met.
- Participate in the branch loan committee for timely loan appraisals and approvals, ensuring compliance with product policies.
- Enforce a zero-tolerance culture for fraud within the team.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s customer service charter.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- At least two years of relevant work experience, including one year in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of office administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of company credit/lending policies.
- Good computer and database skills.
- Strong planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Above-average people skills, including stress management and active listening.
