Job Summary

The Full Stack Software Developer will design, develop, and optimize software platforms to meet business needs, drive process innovation, and integrate emerging technologies into Centenary Bank’s operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug web/mobile applications and integration platforms using industry-standard automation and programming languages.
• Manage and oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process for all internal microservices and integration projects.
• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and propose solutions to address business challenges and enhance core operations. Focus areas include machine learning, AI, and business intelligence analytics.
• Develop technology solutions for process innovation and automation, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and machine learning.
• Optimize data integration platforms for performance under increasing data volumes.
• Review development efforts of other microservices and integration developers to ensure consistent methodologies and recommend improvements.
• Address data conflicts and maintain updated data definitions to optimize data warehousing performance.
• Design screen mock-ups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile apps.
• Conduct system testing, implementation, and documentation of system changes, upgrades, and third-party systems, ensuring compliance with ICT policies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internally developed solutions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a role involving the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software, preferably in a large financial institution or reputable organization.
