Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resource:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job adverts, interviews, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Maintain a recruitment database (CVs).
  • Draft and track staff contracts/COS, and prepare monthly staff lists.
  • Ensure an up-to-date filing system for staff personnel information.

Medical Insurance and GPA:

  • Submit and track medical forms for newly recruited staff.
  • Support staff in resolving issues with medical service providers.

Staff Leave and Exit Management:

  • Maintain employee leave, performance evaluation, and training tracking sheets.
  • Prepare exit evaluations and track leavers and departure.

Reporting and Timesheets:

  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain timesheet tracking databases for staff.
  • Support with the online system for leave and timesheet management.

Administration:

  • Manage office communication, including phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare invoices, payment requests, and monthly cash projections.
  • Assist in accommodation bookings and monitor staff movement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • University degree or higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong skills in administration and human resources management.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Strong collaboration and people skills; culturally sensitive.
