Role Overview:
The Customer Care Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between AAR Insurance and its customers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Reports to:
Head of Membership & Customer Care
Role Purpose:
To provide efficient and professional customer service that meets the needs of customers and enhances their overall experience with the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Skills:
ICT Competency.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
