Position: Corporate Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and grow a client base within the corporate segment by identifying new market and business opportunities.
  • Maintain top-tier customer service and retention through regular visits and effective objection handling.
  • Build trust-based relationships with major clients to prevent churn and foster loyalty.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets by engaging potential customers to demonstrate products and expand market reach.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications with decision-makers.
  • Understand and fulfill key customer needs, proposing tailored solutions to achieve their objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Certification in CCNA is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presenting simplified findings.
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking individual who can work independently.
  • Resilient under pressure with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent command of English and strong driving skills.
