Job Summary:

Wheat Flour Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in selling wheat flour. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. This field-based role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Promote and sell wheat flour products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address inquiries.
• Prepare regular sales reports and deliver feedback to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the wheat flour or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer base is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
