CSBAG is a coalition formed in 2004 to bring together CSOs at national and district levels to influence government decisions on resource mobilization and utilization for equitable and sustainable development. CSBAG annually runs a program for graduate trainees for every six months with the purpose of providing them with hands-on training and skills to give them higher chances of being employed in better institutions. Therefore, CSBAG seeks to recruit 3 graduate trainees to work with the secretariat for 6 months. He/she will provide support to the organization.

The Economics Graduate Trainee that CSBAG recruits will be responsible for providing support to the organization in taking under- depth research in economics and to analyze and evaluate the outcomes of the research in relation to CSBAG work. Specifically, the following competences are desirable. FINANCE ACCOUNTS GRADUATE TRAINEE |
The Finance Accounts Graduate Trainee at CSBAG will support the organization in managing day-to-day financial transactions. This role involves frequent interactions with staff across various departments and external stakeholders such as bank officials and suppliers. The trainee must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of financial management policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.REQUIRED QUALIFICATION An Honors bachelor’s degree in either Commerce or finance (Accounting option) or Business Administration from recognized institution Full professional qualification in accounting such as ACCA, CPA, ACIS and CPE ongoing or full obtained well be an additional advantage |
IT GRADUATE TRAINEE |
IT Graduate Trainee at CSBAG will support the organization in managing day-to-day IT operations. This role involves frequent interactions with staff across various departments and external stakeholders such as service providers and vendors. The trainee must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of IT systems, policies, and regulations, ensuring efficiency, security, and accuracy in IT-related processes. Proficiency in basic programming, databases, operating systems, and cloud technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for IT issues.REQUIRED QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and databases (SQL, NoSQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
