Job Summary
The Sales Administration Coordinator will support all field sales activities and projects, working closely with the Head of Commercial. This HQ-based role requires a highly organized individual with strong skills in data analysis, sales, and marketing coordination. The position is ideal for someone passionate about social impact, particularly in helping small-scale farmers transform their livelihoods.
Key Responsibilities
Incentive Schemes Management
- Verify, track, and compile payments for referral and incentive programs.
- Manage employee and sales agent commissions and bonuses, ensuring accurate approvals and payouts.
- Oversee and enforce commission penalties as needed.
- Optimize sales incentives for improved efficiency and performance.
Agent Support
- Coordinate registration and onboarding for Field Sales Agents.
- Issue IDs and branding items to active agents.
- Liaise between agents, team leads, and the Training Team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Monitor and report agent performance metrics, including active/inactive status.
Commercial Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics across various sales channels.
- Compile BvA (Budget vs Actual) reports and performance analyses.
- Process client accounts for refunds and commission adjustments as needed.
Sales Support
- Support product launches and pilot programs, tracking related performance.
- Ensure accurate client data entry into CRM and ERP systems.
- Coordinate allocation and dispatch of demo systems, branding, and marketing materials.
- Arrange logistics and travel for the commercial team as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting large field sales teams.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools; Excel and PowerBI experience required.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in a direct sales, target-driven environment with group presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a dynamic setting.
- Knowledge of solar/off-grid pump systems is a plus.
