Fields of Study for Internship Placement: Candidates from relevant fields are encouraged to apply, including:
- Agriculture, Human Capital, Engineering, Investment, Operations Management, Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Data Management, Governance, IT, Translation, Communication, Legal, and other disciplines pertinent to the Bank’s operations.

Program Benefits:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be no older than 30 years at the internship’s start and of legal adult age in their home country.
- Must be currently enrolled in a master’s degree program at an accredited university or have graduated within the past year.
- Must provide proof of enrollment or a copy of the degree.
- Must be a citizen of one of the AfDB’s member countries.
- Proficiency in English or French (the Bank’s working languages).
- Familiarity with software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
