About Aspire One Beauty:

ASPIRE ONE BEAUTY CO. LTD, a subsidiary of ASPIRE ONE LTD based in Kampala, imports and distributes high-quality, effective, safe, and innovative cosmetics and dermaceutical products. As exclusive agents for international manufacturers, Aspire One Beauty is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as Marketing and Sales Representatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Field Work
   • Regularly visit the field to promote Aspire One Beauty and The Pod products using social media, flyers, and brochures.
   • Monitor market response and customer feedback, maintaining an updated database with details of field visits, contacts, and products to promote.
   • Submit daily reports on field activities to management on a weekly basis.
2. Market Intelligence & Market Study
   • Conduct market surveys to study trends and collect information on cosmetic and dermaceutical products.
   • Drive new sales by expanding the client base, documenting both new and existing clients.
   • Design and propose marketing strategies that align with company goals.
   • Research and recommend relevant expos and business events for participation.
3. Market Expansion
   • Promote Aspire One Beauty products, expanding market coverage.
   • Engage with clients and skincare professionals to boost product sales and create presentations when needed.
   • Stay updated with trends and market needs for innovative cosmeceutical/dermaceutical products.
   • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
4. Research, Reporting, and Client Management
   • Identify potential clients, arranging meetings in pharmacies, beauty outlets, and corporate offices.
   • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
   • Consistently meet sales targets set by management.
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring solutions to client needs.
   • Professionally represent Aspire One in all capacities as instructed by management.
5. Other Duties
   • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and selling beauty or cosmetic products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation generation, and sales report development.
• Attributes:
  • Smart, active, and motivated, with a readiness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong marketing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Under 30 years old preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; additional language skills are an advantage.
