Job Summary

EY is seeking Audit Managers to join its Assurance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with highly qualified professionals, manage audit engagements, and foster business growth. Audit Managers will be responsible for planning, executing, and concluding audits, building relationships with clients, and guiding their teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Business Development:
    • Develop client relationships and pursue business opportunities to grow the client base.
    • Prepare and present proposals, articulating EY’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Audit Management:
    • Guide teams in planning, executing, and concluding audits as per EY Global Methodologies.
    • Execute complex assurance procedures, identify risks, and address client issues promptly.
  • Team Development:
    • Cultivate a positive learning culture, coach, and mentor team members.
    • Ensure high-quality deliverables and foster a supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree (First Class or Second Class – Upper) in Accounting, Finance, a business-related field, Statistics, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
    • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or other relevant qualifications) is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years in a similar or related audit role.
    • Experience in business development, including preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
    • Deep understanding of auditing and financial reporting standards.
    • Knowledge of quality, risk management, and relevant laws and regulations.
