Job Overview
The Regional Coordinator – Agri Finance Product will be responsible for driving and achieving regional sales targets for the Agri Finance Product, while leading and supporting the regional sales team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies and lead the sales personnel to achieve targets in sales, PAR, Active Associates, and client base.
- Review, approve, and ensure the execution of marketing route plans.
- Conduct early bird sessions across branches, foster succession planning, empower employees, and maintain high energy levels among staff.
- Provide continuous training, mentoring, and coaching for the regional sales team.
- Maintain a loan rejection rate below 10% by reviewing rejection reports and mitigating repeat occurrences.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial institution.
- Professional qualification in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
Competencies
- Proficiency in Sales Management, including Direct Sales, Recruitment, Promotions, Account Management, Customer Service, and Entrepreneurship.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and E-mail.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
