Job Summary
As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and distributing the ACE One clean cooking system to customers. Responsibilities include performing stove demonstrations, managing customer finance options, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring repayments. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about clean energy and looking to make a tangible difference in underserved communities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce potential customers to the ACE One.
- Perform stove demonstrations and gather information for follow-up.
- Educate customers on sustainable fuels and consumer finance options.
- Complete sales documentation and ensure proper customer onboarding.
- Provide after-sales support, including customer training, maintenance, and fuel distribution.
- Monitor and manage the health of customer finance portfolios.
- Coordinate with team leaders on customer needs and maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Education: Minimum UACE, Diploma, or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in renewable energy.
- Requirements: Recommendation letter and residence proof from LC 1 Office.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Knowledge of sales principles and market trends.
- Native of the applied location with proficiency in the local language.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
