Job Overview

Microhaem Scientifics seeks an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, air conditioners, and compressors, ensuring high standards of reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• System Repair: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, air conditioners, and compressors to ensure reliable operation and functionality.
• Installation: Install HVAC systems, including compressors, air conditioning units, and ventilation equipment, according to manufacturer and company standards.
• System Testing: Conduct thorough tests to identify malfunctions, verify operational integrity, and ensure performance standards are met.
• Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions to resolve equipment failures.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement a scheduled maintenance program for HVAC and refrigeration equipment to reduce breakdowns, boost efficiency, and extend equipment lifespan.
• Safety Compliance: Follow company, industry, and local safety standards, reporting any safety concerns to ensure a secure work environment.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with HVAC systems, air conditioners, and compressors.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems; proficient in mechanical repair and maintenance.
