Job Overview

Microhaem Scientifics is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals, increasing revenue, and building strong customer relationships. Working closely with other departments, the Sales Officer will ensure that sales strategies align with the company’s objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Outreach: Act as a point of contact with customers, identify and pursue potential clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations to showcase products and services, addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Sales Conversion: Guide clients through the purchasing process, negotiate sales terms, and close deals.
  • Client Support: Provide support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting: Set and track sales goals, maintain records, and provide quarterly sales reports.
  • Market Research: Gather market and customer information to better understand client needs.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align and maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficient in negotiation and closing sales.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Capable of working independently and within a team.
    • High motivation, strong work ethic, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
