Job Summary
The HR Shared Services Officer will provide daily administrative support to the HR team, working to ensure smooth execution of HR processes as per the set policies. The role involves managing staff information securely, preparing data reports, and supporting the team with insights for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Ensure efficient execution of HR processes like onboarding, payroll, and documentation management as per HR policies.
- HR Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for all HR processes and resolve staff issues promptly to maintain excellent internal service.
- Data Management: Lead HR analytics by gathering data for metrics-based decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Promote adherence to policies and strive to improve team efficiency.
- Project Participation: Actively engage in organizational projects to support business goals.
- Learning and Development: Maintain high performance, update competency assessments, and work on personal development.
- Financial Management: Work within approved budgets and timelines, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and accredited university.
Professional:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative operations in a mid-sized organization.
Desired Experience:
- Proven success in supporting HR operational processes.
- Knowledge of the banking industry, including products, services, and regulations.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and practices.
