Franchise Manager (Full-time Management Job) – Next Media

Job Summary:

The Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of franchise products, acting as the primary point of contact among manufacturers, distributors, and Next Media. This role ensures that franchise operations align with company objectives and high standards for product quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. The Franchise Manager will focus on harmonizing efforts among stakeholders to support business goals and franchise success.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of franchise products, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure consistent product availability and quality across franchise locations.

2. Point of Contact

  • Act as the main liaison between the manufacturer, distributor, and Next Media to ensure efficient communication.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve operational or product-related issues.

3. Product Management

  • Monitor franchise product performance, ensuring alignment with market demand and company goals.
  • Work closely with manufacturers to maintain product quality and timely delivery.

4. Sales and Commercial Targets

  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales and revenue targets for franchise operations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and franchise partners on strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

5. Distributor Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Address logistical challenges and supply chain disruptions with distributor partners.

6. Brand and Quality Control

  • Ensure franchise products meet Next Media’s brand standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular reviews of franchise operations to ensure adherence to product guidelines and branding consistency.

7. Franchisee Support

  • Provide guidance to franchisees on product updates, pricing, and operational procedures.
  • Support franchisees in addressing product availability, quality control, and customer satisfaction issues.

8. Contract and Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to all franchise agreements by franchisees, manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

9. Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and report on franchise performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions to optimize distribution, pricing, and overall franchise performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, product management, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of product distribution and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (manufacturers, distributors, franchisees).

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners and resolve conflicts.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: 3-5 years
