Job Title: Franchise Brand Manager

Job Summary:
The Franchise Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the brand identity and marketing strategy for franchise products across all locations. This role focuses on ensuring brand consistency, maximizing visibility, and fostering customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with franchisees, marketing teams, and external stakeholders to position the franchise brand for sustained growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement the overarching brand strategy for franchise products across all locations.
- Ensure brand image, tone, and messaging are aligned with the company’s vision and market positioning.
2. Marketing and Promotions
- Oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, promotions, and PR, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and franchisees to create localized marketing strategies tailored to specific markets.
3. Brand Guidelines Enforcement
- Ensure franchisees comply with established brand guidelines, from visual branding to customer service standards.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain brand consistency across all franchise locations.
4. Collaboration with Franchisees
- Serve as the primary contact for franchisees on brand development, marketing support, and customer engagement.
- Provide franchisees with resources and guidance to execute effective local marketing strategies.
5. Product and Brand Alignment
- Partner with product development teams to ensure alignment between franchise products and brand identity.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance.
6. Customer Engagement and Feedback
- Develop strategies for customer engagement and loyalty, such as loyalty programs and customer feedback systems.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve franchise performance.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and sales reports to evaluate brand strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Report to senior management on brand performance, market share, and growth opportunities.
8. Innovation and Brand Growth
- Identify opportunities for brand expansion, including new markets, product lines, and partnerships.
- Explore innovative marketing channels and tactics to keep the brand competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or franchise operations.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Experience with franchisees or multi-location businesses is preferred.
Skills:

- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
