C-Care is a leading medical care provider in the Indian Ocean region, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. This role is essential in maintaining service excellence across multiple IMC facilities in Uganda.
Overall Job Purpose:
The Branch Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of clinic activities, managing daily functions in line with C-Care standards. This role focuses on delivering efficient service while maintaining a high standard of clinical and administrative quality for optimal client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic/hospital operations to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery.
- Monitor workflow and patient flow, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely updating of Center Licensing.
- Maintain standards of hygiene, lighting, ambience, and facility upkeep (including electric, plumbing, and carpentry repairs).
- Implement phone management protocols, ensuring proper controls and etiquette.
- Oversee the arrangement and content of care pathways and notice boards.
- Manage facility equipment (TVs, water dispensers) and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Ensure security measures for staff and clients and maintain records confidentiality.
- Supervise supplies from stores, including ordering, receipt, and accountability.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or clinic management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care.
- Proficiency in records management and familiarity with healthcare policies.
