Job Summary:
Movit Products Uganda is seeking 39 Route Sales Supervisors to join its dynamic sales team. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, have a track record in expanding market share, and are familiar with local languages in specific regions. The successful candidates will help drive sales and ensure market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales routes and ensure optimal product availability across assigned locations.
- Implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers.
- Provide timely reports on sales metrics, route performance, and competitor activities.
- Train and guide team members to enhance productivity and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a business-related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in an FMCG.
- Fluency in the local language(s) of the assigned region.
- Proven ability to increase sales and expand market reach.
