Job Description:
The Mechanics Supervisor will oversee, guide, and train service station mechanics to achieve sales and margin targets. This role is essential for improving product knowledge and ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies’ safety and quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement TotalEnergies HSSEQ policies at all Quartz Auto Services.
- Manage the lubricant market segment at Quartz Auto Service stations to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Coordinate mechanics’ activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support to dealers, mechanics, and customer attendants.
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth at Quartz Auto Service.
- Organize and conduct lubricant and technical training for mechanics, station staff, and customers.
- Optimize overhead expenses related to equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain high professional standards at the Quartz Auto Service.
- Support service stations in stocking, pricing, and merchandising lubricants.
- Collaborate with customer service to ensure prompt order processing and delivery of lubricants.
- Coordinate participation in trade fairs and exhibitions related to lubricants.
- Introduce service station customers to ANAC (lubricant analysis services).
- Provide technical support to other lubricant channels and mechanics.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a large, busy automotive workshop.
- Strong knowledge of lubricant products and the ability to train others.
