Job Description:
Stromme Foundation is seeking an ICT Trainee to work under the supervision of the ICT Specialist. The role offers a hands-on experience in managing ICT tasks and supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Desk First-Line Support: Main task involves providing compliance, support, and equipment follow-up.
- Network Management: Assist in managing wired/wireless networks and setting up office equipment (e.g., printers, video conferencing systems).
- Windows Deployment: Assist in the deployment of Windows 11 and setup of user computers.
- ICT Equipment Inventory: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all ICT equipment.
- Reporting: Generate monthly reports on ICT activities.
- Weekly ICT Meetings: Participate and contribute to ICT meetings.
- Meeting and Conference Support: Provide support for meetings and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Information and Communications Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
