Main Purpose:
The Analyst for Demand Management Data & Reporting will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses of data. The individual will create reporting systems that support decision-making processes and will collaborate with various teams to achieve sustainable improvements in business results.

Senior Manager – IT Project Delivery & Client Relations

Main Job Functions:
- Facilitate productivity and quality performance in teams, based on defined KPIs set by management.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide continuous reports.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with process owners to develop procedures and improve business processes.
- Establish business needs alongside internal teams.
- Acquire and maintain data from primary/secondary sources.
- Identify trends in complex data sets.
- Prioritize business and information needs in collaboration with management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with key managers and stakeholders to ensure support and commitment.
- Ensure the reliability of IT systems and applications.
- Follow relevant policies, processes, and procedures.
- Handle any other duties as required.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Other Training:
- Foundation in data analysis (e.g., proficiency in SQL, Excel, R, or Python).
- Experience with reporting software (e.g., Power BI).
- Data analysis certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in data analysis.
- Experience in negotiating delivery timelines.
- Experience in IT/Telecommunications or related reputable organization.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors.
- Familiarity with an OSS/BSS environment.
