Pacific Petroleum Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.



Reporting To: Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Act as a single point of contact for sales coordination between supply and customers.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring competition, currency exchange rates, and economic indicators.
  • Generate timely sales reports and submit them to the Group Finance Manager.
  • Continuously improve sales volumes and margins.
  • Engage in supply planning and generate daily sales and stock reports.
  • Ensure depot stock losses are within acceptable limits.
  • Ensure sales and collections activities align with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up on customer payments according to company policies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure proper customer product stock levels for loading.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
