Main Objective:

The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, addressing concerns, and improving the overall customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Set clear objectives and deploy strategies focused on customer relationship management.
  • Lead the implementation of the company’s customer commitments, such as responsiveness, availability, and customer feedback.
  • Improve the customer service experience, engage customers, and facilitate organic growth.
  • Develop processes to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, tracking them through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
  • Provide prompt and professional solutions to customer inquiries, collaborating with other teams.
  • Manage and update the customer database.
  • Engage dormant or inactive customers and drive actions to re-engage them.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys and use feedback to initiate improvements.
  • Analyze statistics and share reports with relevant teams.
  • Lead and supervise the customer relations team.
  • Ensure quality assurance by evaluating and improving customer relations officers’ skills.
  • Develop and improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least four (4) years of practical experience in managing clients/customers, with previous sales experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Ability to drive client-focused outcomes.
    • Strong communication skills and IT know-how.
