Job Overview
The Enrolled Nurses will support the setup of the Uganda Pediatric and Adolescent HIV Antiretroviral Therapy (UPART) Cohort study. This includes responsibilities such as screening, consenting, and counseling participants enrolled in the study.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A Certificate in Nursing with a valid registration/license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.
- At least 1 year of experience in a busy research setting, with a focus on data collection and handling study participants.
- Training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subject Protection (HSP), with knowledge of HIV/AIDS care and management as an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English and the local language of the preferred duty station.
- Applicants must indicate their preferred duty station in the application letter.
