Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for finding new sales leads through market visits and continuous customer engagement. This role involves driving sales, developing brand visibility, managing marketing activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reports to:
Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys and promote all company products.
- Build and expand a customer base by recruiting and onboarding new clients.
- Manage sales and marketing activities, including the development of a visible brand presence.
- Assist with logistical arrangements to ensure smooth production and sales operations.
- Aid in debt collection when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across product lines.
- Respond promptly to inquiries about products or services.
- Analyze the market potential of assigned territories and evaluate the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and carry out price comparisons.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the company to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
