Job Overview:
Q-Sourcing Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Vendor Experience Agent to manage and enhance vendor relationships on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with company policies, and build long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships by ensuring cooperation and adherence to company policies.
- Analyze vendor issues (focusing on features, pricing, risk, security, and compliance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and use metrics to evaluate successful partnerships.
- Build and sustain effective vendor relations by addressing pain points and offering support.
- Prevent and address any form of fraud or malpractice in vendor dealings.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail, particularly when reviewing contracts and agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in vendor management.
Added Advantages:
- Strong ownership and decision-making skills.
- Negotiation and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
