Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in developing quality management processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance quality performance
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities
• Train employees on quality assurance standards and best practices
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality standards
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
