Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing awareness about clear vision, engaging potential customers, and converting interest into successful sales. The role is composed of three main tasks: fieldwork, follow-up, and managing customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Fieldwork & Customer Engagement:
- Reach out to potential customers in the field and at the branch.
- Distribute flyers and invite people for free vision tests.
- Explain the benefits of wearing eyeglasses and answer customer questions.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their needs.
- Convert customer interest into successful sales.
Follow-Up & Sales Conversion:
- Follow up with potential prospects over the phone, addressing their inquiries about pricing, payment, and delivery.
- Input customer contact details into the database using the Lapaire CRM system.
- Present pricing and installment plan options.
- Collect deposits and close sales by providing convincing arguments and pitches.
Order & Delivery Management:
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
- Guide customers through the pick-up process.
- Inform customers about after-sales services and encourage them to leave reviews or provide referrals.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- A-Level Certificate, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any related field.
- +1 year of professional experience in a business/retail setting (preferred).
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in customer service, ideally within a retail or healthcare environment.
- Proven experience as a field sales agent, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Familiarity with POS systems and other digital sales tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and business communication platforms.
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management and data entry.
- Ability to use mobile devices for customer interactions and adapt to company POS apps for billing and transactions.
- Experience in sales pitching in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
