Job Overview:

The Brand Manager – Broadcast will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives for all broadcast products. The role will focus on growing the broadcast brands, optimizing digital touchpoints, and ensuring cohesive cross-platform marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that prioritize digital touchpoints, supporting Nation Media’s digital-first vision.
  • Design cross-channel marketing campaigns that integrate digital and broadcast platforms to maximize audience engagement and revenue generation.
  • Implement cross-platform branding initiatives that increase awareness, revenue, and market share of broadcast media.
  • Plan and execute community outreach programs and on-ground activations that boost brand visibility and customer engagement, with a regional focus.
  • Collaborate with Radio and TV programming teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
  • Utilize market research and consumer insights to create data-driven strategies that leverage emerging trends in both digital and traditional media.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring financial accountability and ROI from marketing activities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics across digital and traditional media.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital brand campaigns that engage both internal and external audiences.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and create new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Academic:
    • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional:
    • Certification or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Professional Marketing, or Communication (e.g., CIM or similar qualifications) is an added advantage.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content marketing.
    • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and broadcast platforms.
    • Ability to drive customer-centric initiatives that boost brand loyalty and optimize service delivery.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Financial acumen to manage budgets and track ROI for marketing activities.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
