Hariss International Limited is seeking to hire a Shift Electrical Artisan who will report to the Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting at the factory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install electrical equipment and appliances.
- Wire and install power for new machines.
- Test and repair faulty motors and electrical appliances at the factory.
- Release power where needed within the company premises.
- Change faulty lights, breakers, and conductors.
- Maintain all power points and cable trays.
- Collaborate with the IT team or other departments in resolving electrical breakdowns.
- Repair or replace damaged accessories and lights installed on machines.
- Build new power supplies and provide power to new AC installations in the factory.
- Inspect and resolve faults in old installations.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a busy environment.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work independently and complete assignments within provided instructions, routines, and standard practices.
