Job Summary:
WAYA is seeking enthusiastic Sales and Customer Care Personnel to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. This role involves engaging with customers, managing transactions, resolving issues, and promoting the brand’s products. If your commitments don’t allow you to work seven days a week, a minimum of three days is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Engage customers, recommend products, and exceed sales targets.
- Provide Stellar Customer Service: Promptly address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Relations: Build strong relationships, follow up on purchases, and encourage repeat business.
- Process Orders and Payments: Handle transactions smoothly and efficiently.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Promote new products, sales events, and special offers.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the product range and share insights with customers.
- Handle Customer Feedback: Collect and report feedback to improve products and services.
- Assist in Store Operations: Support daily operations, restock, organize displays, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in sales and customer service, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service Orientation: Passion for helping people and providing excellent service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently handle complaints and resolve customer issues.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and sales-related technology (CRM software familiarity is a plus).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
